Given Below is the dialogue of a teacher and a student.
One morning, Ma’am May and Ruviel were talking about the launching of Intramurals
Ma’am May: Hi Ruviel! When will be the intramurals be held?
Ruviel: Hello Ma’am! I think it will be held this September.
Ma’am May: Why did you say so?
Ruviel: Ma’am, because the secretary in our class had been collecting our desired numbers for our t-shirts since last Friday.
Ma’am May: Oh really? I thought that the principal will be speaking at the flag ceremony later to announce that it was postponed due to the bad weather.
Ruviel: No Ma’am! We even said our code names for the t-shirts to the secretary who had been collecting codenames most of the time.
Ma’am May: Oh, I see. I have just heard wrong news. By the way, what sports will you join at the intramurals?
Ruviel:Hmmm… I am not yet sure but I wish I can join a basketball game.
Ma’am May: Why a basketball game?
Ruviel: Because I have been playing basketball in our backyards all these years.
Ma’am May: Oh really? I think you have the potential. You should enhance your skills in basketball.
Ruviel: But Ma’am, I am afraid of the ball.
Ma’am May: Think positive. The ball will not eat you. Did you know that I have been trying to play basketball when an intramurals had happened.
Ruviel: Wow! Ma’am I’m proud of you
Ma’am: hahaha! You should imitate me. By the way, I have to go now, we have a Saliw meeting at the gym.
Ruviel: Okay Ma’am! Take care! God Bless!

“Rufino S. Diez; My Modern Day Hero”

He’s my best friend, guardian, mentor, and father
who gives me clothing, protection, and shelter
is the one that also makes me feel better
no matter how hard, our life is together

He is the main source of my strength and power
in every big problems that I encounter
courage that he taught me to be a fighter
will stay in my mind forever and ever

A brave, thoughtful, intelligent father
who protects us from foreign invader
won’t let us experience hardships and suffer 
is always there to give knowledge and laughter

Music Saves My Soul

    As of definition, music is the art of arranging sounds in time so as to produce a continuous, unified, and evocative composition, as through melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. We have different taste of music that suits our ears. Some of these are ballad, rock, pop, classic, and jazz. People have different ways on how to produce sounds. Others use musical instruments. If music is not organized properly, it will become a disaster and make us irritated.

     Music adds meaning and gives color to our life. According to the quote, "Music has been my playmate, my lover, and my crying towel."because it is with us every moment. It can be our playmate because it entertains us and makes us happy. We can spend our past time with him. It can also be our lover because it is with us in times of needs. Some people are inloved with the music because they are listening to it repeatedly. It can also be our crying towel because it comforts us whenever we have problems. Other people are listening to it when they have problems. Their problems are removed temporarily if they listened to it. These are some of the functions of music. But too much music can kill us. We can have ear defects if the music is very loud.

    Music is very important in our lives. Without it, our life will be worthless and very silent. As a matter of fact, it can make our life boring. I am very happy because music is always with me. I enjoy what I am doing when I hear music, especially pop musics sung by Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Justin Bieber. So, we should be proud and let us treasure the music.

Music is My Life

        As of definition, music is the art of arranging sounds in time so as to produce a continuous, unified, and evocative composition, as through melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. We have different styles and techniques to produce our own music that suits to our taste. Ballad, rock, jazz, pop, and classic are some of these. People use musical instruments to produce sounds. But some musics can make us irritated because of the unarranged sounds that does not produce melody and harmony.

     Music makes our life colorful and meaningful. According to the quote, "Music has been my playmate, my lover, and my crying towel." it is with us in times of needs. It can be our playmate because it entertains us and makes us happy. We will be forced to dance to its wonderful rhythm and melody. It can also be our lover because we become emotional if the message of the song is very sad. Some people are in-love with the song so they listen to it repeatedly. It can also be our crying towel because whenever we have problems, we just listen to our favorite music and it can make us forget our problems temporarily.
